Delete your MeshForge 3D data

This page explains how to delete your data from MeshForge 3D (MeshForge 3D: AI Miniatures) on the App Store and Google Play. The app has no sign-up: it uses an anonymous account tied to your device, which you can optionally save with Apple or Google. You can delete the account in the app; an email request is matched by the User ID shown in the app (Profile and Settings).

Delete a model in the app

• Android: open Profile, long-press the model, and tap Delete model.
• iPhone and iPad: open Profile, touch and hold the model, and tap Delete.

The model leaves your profile at once, and its files are removed from our storage shortly after. To stop sharing a model without deleting it, switch off its link or unpublish its community post on the model's screen.

Delete your account and all its data

In the app: open Settings (gear) → Account → Delete account, and confirm. The account closes at once: its sign-ins are unlinked, its posts leave the community, its email is removed, and the app starts over with a new, empty account. To also have its models, prompts and images erased from our storage, send the email request below with the User ID you had before deleting (or tell us roughly when you deleted it).

By email — for a full erasure, or if you no longer have the app or do not see the Account section:

1. Open MeshForge 3D and copy your User ID (tap it under your name in Profile, or find it in Settings).
2. Email support@aiinnovators.pro with the subject “Delete my MeshForge 3D data” and your User ID.
3. We confirm within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

No longer have the app? Email us anyway with what you can — for example the date and store of a purchase, or the name of a model — and we will do our best to find the account.

Email a deletion request

What is deleted

• the account, its device ID and sign-in records, and any Apple or Google sign-in linked to it, with the email it shared (access granted through Sign in with Apple is revoked);
• your community name, avatar and posts, which leave the community;
• every model, texture and preview generated for you, and every share link, which stops working;
• your prompts, the images you uploaded, and your concept pictures;
• any of your models featured as examples in Discover;
• your remaining credit balance, which cannot be restored or refunded after deletion.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase and transaction records, without your prompts or models: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Backups: deleted data remaining in backups is overwritten within a further 30 days.
• AI providers may hold copies of recent inputs and outputs for a limited time (typically about 7 days) under their own policies.
• Files you exported, saved or shared outside MeshForge 3D are beyond our reach.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: on iPhone or iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
